David Chen is the Co-Founder and CEO of AlayaTec, Inc., a Palo Alto based digital health startup developing AI-enabled wearable neuro-tech and health-tech products to alleviate emotional and mental health suffering in the world.

David is a co-author of the IEEE 754-2019 draft international standard for scientific computation in computer systems. He is also a member of the IEEE 1752 international standard for Mobile Health Data. Most recently, he managed and delivered the industry’s first Neural Network Digital Signal Processor for Cadence/Tensilica.
